Installation Guide
Installing in Teams is slightly more involved than Slack — but only once, and we make each step clear.
Get the app package
Sign in to your Conversa account and go to the Channels page to download the Microsoft Teams app package (.zip).
Upload to Teams
In Teams, open Apps → Manage your apps → Upload an app → Upload a custom app. Select the downloaded .zip.
Add & link
Confirm Add to install Conversa for yourself or your team. Your Conversa admin will link your tenant to your account.
Microsoft 365 admin note
Custom app sideloading must be enabled in your organization’s Microsoft Teams admin center (Teams apps → Setup policies). Most enterprises have this enabled by default — if it’s disabled, ask your M365 admin to enable “Upload custom apps” for your account.
