Why we started
We've worked with many global companies — different industries, different scales — and kept seeing the same pattern. Smart people losing hours every week trying to get clear answers from their data tools. Exporting, refiltering, rebuilding the same view, and still walking into the next meeting unsure of the number.
The problem wasn't the data. The data was there. The interface to the data was the problem — built for analysts, not for the people who actually need the answer. So we built a new interface: plain English, in the channel your team already uses.
What we believe
Employees should spend their time on what their job is actually about — not on wrestling with dashboards. The role of software is to give clear, contextual answers and free people up to focus on the work that matters.
We also believe trust is earned. Enterprise-grade encryption and strict tenant isolation are built in from day one — not a feature we'll add when big customers ask.

Today Conversa has two co-workers — the Email Marketing Analyst and the CRM Manager — meeting you in Slack and Microsoft Teams. In the next 12 months we're adding more integrations, deeper specialists, and a co-worker that can safely take actions on your behalf, not just answer.
